Hi dr Leon I hope u can assist me,I was at home affairs in Capetown my husband passed away,I went for a marriage certificate they say I am gonna get it over nine months,still waiting almost five years that my husband passed away,I went for another one to state me and my husband were still waiting almost three years,I was three times in Cape town no one can assist me they don't know,don't know what is the problem
