Dear Leon. I write in respect of requested change of Marital status on your system. On 3rd September this year my fiancé and I entered your Gqeberha branch to check our marital status, having both gone through divorces. Our statuses at that time was still indicated as "married" (apparently that is normal until the individuals request the update in person, in contrast to my logical belief that the courts would trigger that process) None the less, we both went through the process of applying for our marital statuses to be be updated and were told to phone back after 2 weeks, were given a number to call, it never gets answered. It is now the 25th of November almost 12 weeks later, and both our statuses remain unchanged. Please look into this unacceptable delay in process.
