I hereby request you to investigate whether the application portals at the following institutions are not tempered with: Sol Plaatjie University(SPU), Vaal University of Technology(VUT, Tshwane North College(TNC), Sedibeng College(Sedcol), Tshwane South College(TSC) and Ekurhuleleni East College(EEC).

Some challenges encountered at the above institutions include the following:
1.The portal closes before completing application (Sedcol and EEC).
2. Uploading of documents is denied and an applicant can not enter the next step (SPU and TNC).
3. The applicant has to pay a certain amount in order to get help with application.
4. Admission refused despite the applicant meeting all requirements(TSC).

I really have a feeling that applications at some of South African tertiary institutions are being tempered with; and the challenges mentioned above are just a tip of an iceberg that need your immediate attention since application deadline is near.
