I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my daughter, who has completed her Physiotherapy degree at the University of the Western Cape after five years of study. Unfortunately, she has not yet received her certificate, as she has been informed that she owes the university an outstanding amount of approximately R21865.26

As a pensioner, I am unable to afford this amount, and I am deeply concerned about the impact this is having on her future. I kindly appeal to you, Honourable Minister, to consider whether there is any form of assistance or intervention that your office may be able to offer in this matter.
