I would like to welcome you to your new position as one of God’s Ministers on Earth, with your oath to Him to protect the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and the rights and responsibilities of its Citizens.

As such I would like to point out that I recently served a Mandamus on the Minister of Water and Sanitation.

I would like to meet you to impress upon you the Existential Threat that the Western Cape faces if it runs out of water from the dams, which could happen as early as March 2018.
