Frustrated Teacher
- Subject
- Malfunctioning D12 HR office

Dear Mrs Motshega,
I resigned as teacher due to the gross negligence and malfunctioning of the D12 HR office. (Or perhaps only "some selected" people are assisted.)
Even now during covid, (After going to the office several times and offices closed) when it was eventually open again on 28 July - the staff at the entrance says the HR person needed is NOT in office, but then the staff member IS IN the office. (If I did not find another way of making contact, then I would NOT have been able to see the person at the office)
I included the complaints about the malfunctioning HR office in D12 in the exit interview.
For months they don't process my documents (Tshepang/Zanele/Nkosinathi) and don't give me feedback on the progress made as they tend to "loose" the documents continuously. Not even the HR director Zanele Ngwenya resolved the problems, but promised a back payment will be done initially but she continuously not available thereafter. (Before covid - almost every week on leave for different reason as from June 2019) As I visited the office more than 12 times now.
Please see the email I've send to you. Thanking you in anticipation for a resolved response.
