Extremely disgusted with the attitude of staff and inefficiency at the brakpan home affairs

We applied for my sons Id in October. We haven't received any sms or feedback from home affairs. Eventually after 7 or 8 weeks we went to home affairs
They said it's there at the office, but we don't have an appointment so we cannot collect.

So we came home. Made appointment for the next Monday. And went again. When we applied as well, we saw that the home affairs brakpan is not sticking to appointment times. We still wait in long queues for hours. Even if you are before time for appointment, everyone is put into same queue.
So we went that Monday to collect. My son had private schooling. So he took off for few hours. We waited again for 2 hours outside. Eventually were ushered into the building. And when we pointed out to the staff that we have appointment for a reason, he arrogantly said he will serve us last. I have his name also. This is terrible service. Worse than before.
Mr mathome ramuraswe. Something like that. At the brakpan home affairs. Please do take him to task. As a civil servant he is supposed to be polite and patient especially when they are at fault. There were others behind us that had a later appointment for the late afternoon only. They were helped earlier than we had even arrived. Where as others were waiting from 9 o clock. And were not helped at 2 pm.
