Hello Leon, congratulations on your appointment. I want to point out a major problem with DHA which could be easily addressed. My wife and I are both pensioners and we recently applied for the new ID cards. So we have been told that the cards are now available for collection but when we get there we have to join the queue which can take many hours. Surely the collection of a document should be a quick and easy procedure. Lets make a change ASAP please
