Dear Minister.

I so wish I can have enough time of talking to your respective self and the Provincial Commissioner when u get to CT, it is not about me but about your own community that I am serving that expect a lot to be done but with ZERO (Human and Physical) resources. It is really frustrating to lie about the same thing every time.

I am really having No mass at all and should I go back to the community to inform them of how I struggle will be another issue.
