I live in an area in George Western Cape known as PACALTSDORP. The police are doing nothing. People driving and walking the streets. Every night we have a driver that thinks he is a racing driving speeding up and down on Beach Road and Mission Street
Why is this?
LOCKDOWN is LOCKDOWN.
