What goes around in contractors at the mines.
Since 2015 we won the case against London plant hire and construction at kalgold mine harmony at KRAAIPAN near N18 road
They are playing cards with us. The thing it's that we can get hold of them but the court order states clearly that they must pay is back and reinstate us.
Till today nothing it's happening we hear that company where nowhere to be found they talk about liquidation but there is no legal documents that state the company were liquidated now they talk about deregister of company weren't we can't find some of their assets although CEO of that company operate at the same mine with other company which is andru mining
Now my question is how can same CEO operate at that mine again with same assets that we are looking at?justice doesn't take any action of it there is no auction reference that shows that their assets were being auctioned?
On 18/01/2023 we were at the consultation at Johannesburg 81 pinkie street to see the advocates after having consultation with them we had hope to see something
Last month 24/07/2023 at about 10:00 I receive a call from one of the consultant of mphele attorney told me that company were deregister on the 07/08/2014
Now I strongly believe that their is something under the table our union doesn't boarder to communicate with us they just left us like the old bread slice laying in the bread bin
