It is with a very deep concern writing this in that what i see happening in ward 22 contradicts the constitution.

A village in Ga-Maria is living like that time where loadshedding was a national disaster,5 on the morning for 2 hours there is no electricity and that time scholars must bath and get ready for school,this leads to scholars going to school without bathing,also most learners resort to be absent from school.

Businesses are affected by this problem and it seem to me like Ga-Maria is a village in another country.

Please help urgently on this
