To the EFF Officials

I'm writing this Email address with a heavy heart. The situation in my neighborhood is disturbing.

The man of that house has always struggled to stay just 2-3 days without drinking. With this LOCKDOWN we facing in our Country things have totally changed to bad. He is the breadwinner but today he finds himself spending R800 on a brandy bottle that could have costed him only R150 at the store.. but now buying it from the people who are selling behind closed doors( using this Lockdown into their advantage).

This has resulted on him not being capable of providing food for his family because almost all of his money is buying these suddenly expensive bottles...

I believe this is not the only family that finds themselves in such a situation. I know you are party that prioritizes looking at everything affecting the lives of our people
