Would it be a good idea to have a Private members Bill which makes it a specific law that every town and city has to have a public library/libraries which are included in the budget of every town and city. The number of libraries required is based on the number of people. Libraries are collections of books in a building staffed by librarians? Just a thought. The education crisis in this country will only be solved by giving children free access to books in a safe environment run by experts in reading.
