We, Africa Mobility Solutions Pty Ltd, form part for the Toyota Tsusho group and the Automotive Industry.

Our Prime function is the export of Genuine Spare Parts into 23 African countries whereby we procure our Spare parts from OEMs (i.e. Toyota South Africa, Suzuki South Africa, etc) and then export these into the various African countries through services provided by our Freight Forwarders in various modes of Transport (Road, Sea and Air Freight).
On the road freight and sea freight mode we only export sealed (FCL) Full Container Loads. On the air freight these spare parts would be packed into carton boxes and or wooden crates and exported accordingly.

In the Gazette published No. 43258 date 29th April Level 4 we were unsure that we as Africa Mobility Solutions Pty Ltd are allowed to export Spare Parts into Africa.

We would like to obtain your view on the whether Components can be define as Spare parts for Vehicles and these are permitted to be exported.
