Hi Hon. Julius Malema
My name is Emmanuel Gasore, born in Rwanda and raised in different African refugee camps currently a Canadian permanent resident and an Bachalors of Arts student at Trent University in Canada. I am writing to you to express my heartfelt gratitude for your leadership and the gift of knowledge that I gain from you everyday.
I started listening to your speeches since I was in high school. I joined university and took the International development program as well as business and a few economic classes. Throughout my academic life I have came to underrating the different terms you always used in your political debates especially in the defense of the fight for economic freedom. I understand that you take the left wing of the political arena and that you believe in socialism and communism. These are two things I can not say I totally agree with but after your explanation during one of the recent debates on land reforms, I realized why you believe in the two approaches. Anyways my email was not about this so I will keep it short.
I am very sure that you have heard this before and from a lot of important people, which means it is probably useless for me to write to you. I also don’t even know if you will read this but Incase you do. I wood like you to know that you’re my hero and will always be one, if God blesses me to be a leader some day I will always remember and keep your legacy of fighting for the economic freedom of our continent. When you spoke at Oxford during one panel, I wished I was there to show you how excited I was. Unfortunately the world of today does not give a chance to those who wish to do well but I do hope that the dream of freeing Africans and specifically South Africans from economic slavery will be achieved.
If you get this you really don’t have to reply but so if you can. It would be an honor speaking with such a prominent hero.
Thank you
Emmanuel
