Good morning comrade, my name is Thomas tshabalala from Delmas, we seek and we asked your help leader, and we believe that with your intervention our problems would be solved, comrade we as workers of klenkerstenr in Delmas we are crying but without any help, there is a lot of political parties who knows about our grievances but because they are being bribed by our boss they fail to help us and it is being years, the company practices unfair labor, one mistake is straight dismissal or final written warning, people eat their lunch sitting at toilet as there is no canteen or a place to eat, people are still earning R3000 or less a month while paying R550 for transport to work from their own pockets, the manager is shouting at workers and makes noise at them, the bosses does nothing to stop him, people are being denied to go to toilet during working hours, if you go to toilet during working hours u will be called to the office to sign a written warning and for waisting their time, during loadshedding workers are told to go and sit down and wait for electricity to come back without being paid, meaning that if it is stage 6 loadshedding we won't work for 6 hours and that would result in us getting paid less than R1000 a month and working for R56 a day, people gets injured at work and they are getting no pay or any compensation, some are broken their legs and sitting at home without any income, people are forced to work in the dark during loadshedding, people are forced to work in the rain without rain suits, during the break down of the machines workers are being send home without a pay, and spent days at home without a pay, many things are happening in this company and nobody is willing to help us, we've tried and we failed because we don't have money just like our boss, it is painful to work in a company where u will be called stupid, when we try to complain they say go n tell malema to give u jobs
