Dear hlengiwe mkhaliphi, my name is Thomas tshabalala and I live in Delmas mpumalanga, I write to you because I seek help on behalf of the workers and I believe that Eff is the only party who will attend to our grievances with a sense of urgency, There is this company called klenkerstene in Delmas that practices unfair labour, their manager is ill treating the workers, ladies are not allowed to go to toilet during working hours, if you go to toilet more than 5 minutes it is a warning, workers are still earning less than R3000 and they pay the transport from their own pocket, no place to eat workers uses toilet as a place to eat as there is no canteen, or open spaces where there is dust, one mistake you sign a final written warning, no verbal or first or second warning, their manager shout at people and insult them by calling them stupid, during loadshedding workers are told to go n stay and wait for electricity to come back while there is other job that they can do that doesn't need electricity, they don't get paid during loadshedding, no safety in the company and people gets injured and some are now broken their legs and no one has ever received any payment from the company, not a cent, people are being fired without written warning,people are working outside during the rain without rain suite, people are forced to work in darkness during loadshedding without lights, I've asked you to intervene on this as we've tried many political parties but our boss bribe them with a lot of money and they end up ganging with the boss against us
