please could you address the current dysfunction at the Lebombo border post.
Irrespective of the fact that it is the festive season, this situation at the border post has been ongoing for months, the festive season is simply highlighting the issue. travelers are queuing for hours at immigration, all the while there are only 2 counters open to process the masses and the 2 civil servants behind the counters are playing on their phone, watching movies and working as slowly as possible. there are several other staff just sitting around but they say they are on a break.

the same volume of people are going through the Mozambican border, yet the queue on the Mozambique side is significantly shorter. clear evidence it is not the volume of guests but the efficiency and competence of the people processing the volumes that is the source of the issue.

please could you take control and rectify the poor level of service, address the short staffing.
