A year ago you decided to change the process for applying for your passport from abroad. The idea was admirable, unfortunately your plan had a major flaw.

One now pay triple the amount to apply through VFS.
However, and herein lies the flaw, the application is still processed by the same people from home affairs.
People with no motivation to do their jobs.

Here I am, counting the days to christmas while waiting for my passport for which I applied in 2025.

Vfs, despite their high fee for the application, is only a middle man and can not provide an answer as to the delay.

Thus thank you for allowing me to pay three times the amount for my application and receiving the same poor service delivery and no passport.
