Good day Minister

I have great respect for the way you do your work since you have
been minister in different department. I know we all agree that
education is a vital instrument to change our life's for better.
Having served as a lecturer at TVET college I'm sad to say the
colleges are not helping to empower students to become better.
Every learned person knows how difficult is to study but if
studying is the only way which can get one to the next level then
that's great, but how can one spent sleepless night studying while
he knows for sure that a final question paper will circulate in
the media a week before the exam. That's why we have so many
certificated candidate in our country than qualified candidate you
question N6 Mathematics graduate an N2 Mathematics question he is
so clueless like psychologist graduate because he/she has been
buying question papers from N1 to N6 and this goes all the way of
buying employment this is extremely discouraging.

I hope during your term there will be no question paper leakage so
that our youths can be product of their academic level.
