I spoke last night to Brooks on 702 about S Africa's position as regards sex trafficking websites and he suggested I approach for example an MP/Ward Councillor. As I served on the Ward Committee for Ward 90 when you were the Councillor I thought perhaps I should start by approaching you for suggestions as to how to put this to the correct government section.
The American legislation is called ''The Allow States and Victims To Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act'' which may serve to give insight into how such legislation could be formulated.
I am the advisor for children for the International Council of Women who are UN accredited.
Thanks
