Greetings to all. My name is phillip selepe Magoai im still a youth, I leave in Gauteng. I'm not sure if I'm writing to the right people but maybe you can help. I asked my dad in law to buy me a land in limpopo at taung R37 road. Yes he did get it R6000 double land in 2017 it was still a farm.so my dad in law passed away not sure the land owner gave him anything to prove. But early this year I went to limpopo to build a business and the owner came to introduce him self, then we spoke about the land and asked if I have to get anything or know anything but he said no everything is perfect, continue with your business. I started, but while I was half way his children started calling telling me that we didn't agree that I will build business this kind of business place. So I asked should I report to them what kind of business I'm building. They send me their fake lawyers but at the end they said continue. Then again they started saying I dont have permit and I still need to pay more for my land and they are taking half my land and ill pay more money on the other land they giving me. Cause my dad in law passed away and they would listen to my mother in law.

Dear Selepe

I am very sorry to hear of the difficulties that you face. I would suggest that you either consult with an attorney or alternatively approach the Legal Aid Board for assistance.

right people but maybe you can help. I asked my dad in law to buy

me a land in limpopo at taung R37 road. Yes he did get it R6000
