Dear fighter

I fully support the expropriation of land without compensation however I find the idea of equal redistribution infeasible and have my own suggestions.

The biggest economic problem we have our nation is exploitative capitalism which is why I support the idea of nationalisation of mines. It is important to note that even if the mines were 100% black owned we would still have the capitalism problem, in fact we would have just created more Motsepes. NO ONE IS BORN WITH MINERALS AND LAND! therefore we should be moving towards the nationalisation of all natural resources.

THE INFEASIBILITY OF EQUAL REDISTRIBUTION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND:

+ Even if every individual received equal area(size) of land the quality and resources(water) may differ.

+ Individuals with no interest or skills in farming will be tempted to enter the sector solely because of the financials prospects and I find this to be very dangerous.

+ This also has a very high risk of corruption.
Examples:
* Black people being fronted in the farming sector.
* Those charged with the distribution of the land can fall for bribes.
*Farm workers exploitation is likely to continue.

+If you are very analytical in your analysis you will discover that this policy is just a variation of the failed BEE programmes which may help with racial inequality but perpetuates class inequality and exploitative capitalism.

MY SUGGESTION
A state owned farming company should be incorporated and all agricultural land should be owned by the state.
This would ensure that all farm workers earn a dignified salary and have all basic employee benefits.
Experienced farmers which are mostly white could be employed together with black skilled agricultural farmers/graduates to run the farms and over a short period we could create black skilled and experienced farmers.
The farm management should be diverse in regards to race, gender, skills(farming and business). Racial diversity will also help curve the racisim our people face in the farms.

I also suggest the same strategy be applied in the mining sector.

PROBLEMS WITH OUR STATE OWNED COMPANIES.

The appointment powers of directors and top management should be removed from the the president as we have seen how dangerous this is.

The appointment of these individuals should be done by parlaimentary committees which may include other relevant stakholders such as the judicary and chapter 9 institutions. Something sililar to the judge appointment commitees that the Commander In Chief Mr Malema was part of.

Financial accountability needs to by at laest 500%. We need these companies to strengthen their financial controls, every cents should be accounted for. For this to be
done we need a financial officer which processes all money inflows and outflows after asseseing the support documentation and satisfying herself that the payments are inline with the company's business and are free of corruption. Failure of the financial officer to provide satisfactory financial accountability result in jail time.
WE NEED TO DO MUCH MORE TO PROTECT STATE FINANCES.

The directors performances should be evaluated more frequently, say quarterly.
Those who appoint them should also give them a mandate and hold them accountable.

EXPLOITATIVE INDUSTRIES

We donnot have to keep begging the greedy capitalist opperating in exploitative industries such as the cellular networks, food retailers(supermakets) and banks to comply with the consumer commission. The truth is that these are profit driven companies and will always be.

All we need to do is to enter these markets through STATE OWNED COMPANIES and provide QUALITY QUALITY products and services to our people.
Through this you force these companies to comply or exit the market, avoid employee exploitation, employees earn decent salaries with benefits, address racial inequality in the management positions and government gets to keep 100% of the profits not just the 28% of taxation we get.
