I would first like to congratulate you on your appointment you so deserve. I am a widow living with my 3 children in a place called Clarina in Pretoria north. My house was broke into on Thursday during the day. I called 10111 at about 17:30 to report the burglary and also to get the finger prints taken. I was give a reference number 2123809 to date the police hasn't come to my place. I further personally went to the Pretoria North police station to report the matter, I was promised that the police will come the same day to date no police has came to my house. I feel we are not protected by the police and they are not taking us serious. Am humbly requesting that you intervene please.
