Dear Ms Shinn,

Despite the fact that the postal services' strike is over there is still very little service delivery in the area serviced by the Silverton hub, Pretoria East.

According to staff members the problem lies in the Pretoria Central Hub where there are no fork lifts to move parcels, etc. They send through a truck on a daily basis to collect normal post and parcels with no success. There is virtually no post coming out of the hub.

It would be appreciated if you could attend to this major problem or refer this to someone who could assist.

Regards

Dear Ms Loots

I am terribly sorry to hear of your frustrations with the SA Post Office.

I am reliably informed that the strike backlog will take around three working weeks to clear – with an associated delay in current shipments. If you have not received a specific item by month end, please send me all the details and I’ll do my best to have it traced.

Kind regards

Cameron.
