I cannot say I hope this mail finds you well because this is a very upsetting matter labour department is suppose to help people and not hold them on a string and give false stories every time you arrive there we as unemployed individuals don't have money to constantly go up and down to listen to the same story over and over again I have a family and kids how am I suppose to provide when I submitted my paperwork last year December already and again recently my ufiling account was blocked and I went to submitted my papers at the department I received a date for payment on the 10th of Feb and to date I still have not received anything I have numerous email trails phone calls CASE numbers and nothing is coming from it the staff is rude and unprofessional no managers available nothing what so ever everything has been escalated it's a year later and it's still escalating how does one explain that these places like labour law and home affairs must stop making fools out of us that goes there for help they providing a service and gets paid for doing nothing
