I write this message regarding Theresa Naicker posted at Hopeville Primary school who returned from sick leave after 4 years. She was dismissed to to falsifying a doctors note ans has gone into appeal and a lenghty sick leave. It has been a year since she is back at the school and the department has still not finalised her appeal. In the interim the children are at the biggest disadvantage as they have a teacher that has been out of the system for a lenghty period of time.

Please can you advise when this issue will be resolved.
