Good day Minister. I am writing this message with a very heavy heart as a former employee of your department. For 14 years serving diligently and with pride for this department you should know exactly what is happening within the management of Krugersdorp. The prison is in turmoil because of incompetent Manager who not only do not respect junior members, but refuse to do things according to ANY policy of the department. Resolution 2 of 2009 of the department DOES not work. What works is who is been there the longest and how much influence they have. I was almost implecated in a case of a Parolee who committed a crime in Limpopo in 2022, but because I had evidence that proved that members had committed fraud, that is when I was made a state witness... things just started to
spiral... From Psychiatric hospital because of victamisation I could not do anything about... To my resignation in December 2024, hell I was even chased away from work while serving my notice a grievence has been lodged, it's been a month and no feed back none whatsoever. Minister check the number of people resigning from that place. Managers working shift as it suits them and their families and claiming standby and over time monies... Krugersdorp is the pits of DCS.
