Dear Sir,

I hereby write to you on this platform because I honestly need your help. My applications to renew my temporary residence permit has been rejected numerously because it is alleged that my previous permit is fraudulent. I have a visa verification letter from the department's visa verification section which confirms that the alleged fraudulent permit was issued by the department of home affairs in 2016.

The last rejection letter did not afford me with the leave to appeal as per section 8(6) of the Immigration Act, 2002 (Act No 13 of 2002). VFS has refused to accept an appeal application because I was not given the leave to appeal in the rejection letter.

I have two kids and my wife is unemployed. My professional memberships as an accountant and tax practitioner will be suspended if my permit is not renewed.

I hereby seek recourse from your office.

I have sent a detailed letter to your official email (minister@dha.gov.za). I look forward to your assistance.

Kind Regards.
