As I'm awriting this message , I am heart broken, late 2019 was working as Temporary @KFC (sandton), come February 2020 #KFC used my image for their COVID 19 advertisement campaign in south Africa and Sub-Saharan Africans countries (Ghana, Botswana, Namibia, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe and other countries) what came as a shock to me is that #KFC never spoke to me nor my friend about using our image for their COVID 19 advertisement campaign in south Africa. i was afraid to confront them in fear of being fired from work even though i knew its illegal for them to use my images, managed to gain strength to confront them after I got a different job and contacted #KFC and they never took me serious, luckily a family friend who happens to be a lawyer was willing to help, and served KFC with a letter of demand, but KFC was not willing to settle the matter with the demanded amount, this matter has been dragging for the past 3-4 month and it came to a point where the Lawyer pulled out from the case. Kfc has offered a settlement to me whch is not a fair one, and I feel there is still no justice in the matter, because have i not taken up action on the matter they wouldn't have offered the settlement and whats worse my friend is still working at KFC but they havent offered her any sort of settlement for using of pictures.
We being used as face of KFC even outside the country but no contract nor fair compensation has been offered
Kfc is corrupt as this is no justice
We seek justice for both of us as they have broken the law in this matter.
Seeking assistance with the matter so we can be compensated Fairly by KFC.

It is unfortunate that kfc is willing to pay me a small amount of money after I took action, but not willing to pay the lady i am with on the picture.
