Your office in Kempton Park is a TOTAL DISGRACE!
I handed in my UIF documents in the last week of July. I discovered two weeks ago, that they have lost them. I took more documents last week and guess what? THEY LOST THEM AGAIN!
I handed more in this morning only to be phoned by Portia Mabitsela to say that the documents I gave her this morning have YES, you guessed it, been lost again. I spent my last R6 making those copies. I should receive UIF from when I first handed in my documents in July but due to total incompetence I will now only get it from when? Today? I just received an sms to say "claim received, progress will be communicated in 35 days".
* How on earth do I feed my daughter tonight?
* How on earth do I keep our electricity on?
* How on earth do I pay school fees?
I have been at those offices 5 times in the last week and a half. I have had to sit on the pavement in amongst the rubbish on the street while I wait for assistance. The hordes of people on top of one another are another COVID outbreak waiting to happen. I have been ordered around by security guards who are "helping" people when they should be securing the place to prevent break ins like the one that happened last week.
