Dear Sir, I am desperate to get my foster child's birth certificate so that we can start his adoption process (he was abandoned at one month old and went into a children's home for 2 years). I want to take him out of the system asap and give him a forever home.

Kayhelitshia Home Affairs refuse to give me the status of my application & won't give me a timeline of when it will be ready. I have tried contacting them many many times.

Please please can someone help me get it processed so that I can start the adoption?
