I am a senior South African citizen residing in Vaal Park Sasolburg.
Congratulations on your appointment as the DA's Chief Whip.
I have been following the Madlanga Commission with much interest regarding the rot that has and continues to take place in South Africa regarding SAPS, local government, tenders and the judicial system
As an advocate, and former prosecutor, given all the facts that have been presented, I have two questions for you;
a) K T Molefe having been granted bail, why has the NPA not appealed the judges bail decision and
b) why hasn't the President's nephew, Morgan not been arrested.
I would appreciate your response and if you are unable to do so, could you please forward my email to those persons in the NPA that could answer my questions.
