Grateful if you could look into the matter as per email sent below and provide the stakeholders of The Creative Village of SDGs Exhibition Event programme justice by providing us the approved funding support payment release at earliest.

We rely on your cooperation on this matter since it is a long battle for nearly a year now. Kindly provide all our stakeholders justice at earliest possible.

Greetings.

We, the stakeholders of The Creative Village of SDGs event programme, have at several counts reported this unprecedented matter to you all in avail of a concrete reply till date.

This Tourism Event project was approved and successfully executed since 8th - 17th September 2023 further to all approvals obtained from your South Africa National Convention Bureau. Your officers have constantly denied us the funding support payment on several false information for which we have countlessly provided correct information. There were over 20 international stakeholders involved in this project and it is almost coming to a year with back and forth emails to various bodies in your country and embassies to have the release of the approved funding support.

We, the stakeholders of this event project, urge for an urgent action on this matter. We are not here to argue over an approved funding support when it is your responsibility to provide international stakeholders running international event programmes successfully in your country their dues. We undoubtedly brought FDI more than our dues from the approved funding support payment to your country with an investment of over ZAR 1.5 million. Yet we, the international stakeholders of this event programme, are still waiting for our dues for almost coming to a year now.

It is our dues that we are demanding constantly as we have executed an international event programme in your country successfully with all approvals, compliance and responsibility.

We demand righteous release of the approved funding support payment and to have your shared responsibility on this matter with urgency. Justice delayed is justice denied. Your officers have wrongfully placed false information on this project and we have countlessly provided all true factual information for this particular tourism event project. We are demanding that we are given justice urgently. We cannot just keep asking for updates in avail of a concrete response. We are foreigners who brought international stakeholders and tourists to your country through a sustainability event project with several well known organisations worldwide apart from having your country's several suppliers involved.

We await to be heard promptly with all justice on this matter and to relieve us from this long overdue response by releasing the approved funding payment. It is high time that actions are taken promptly and urgently.

We look forward to a prompt reply at earliest.
