We have been waiting since prior to COVID to obtain a copy of our marriage certificate, the initial application through the Embassy in Madrid. Given that went no where our family in South Africa have made multiple visits to various home affairs offices without success. Every time they go they get a different story, the latest it has been produced but no one knows where it is. But because it has been produced you cannot reapply - its shocking to say the least and causing us significant difficulties abroad.

Can you put a rocket up those concerned in the Randburg branch - in fact even better still take the time to visit - you will be apalled by the shambles that exists
