Dear Minister Dr Blade Nzimande

I would like raise my concern about unpaid JUNE and JULY NSFAS allowances.
I am a Durban University of Technology student and I haven't received my June and July NSFAS allowances.
I am currently funded by NSFAS. I tried to solve this issue but I cannot see any progress. I sent an email to my.nsfas.org.za and they replied to my email.
They said the institution did not send my academic record. I am very confused because I got my allowance from February up until May.
Then by June and July they have not received my academic record. I tried to send emails to DUT Financial Aid Office staff members.
I did not find a DUT Financial Aid Office EMAIL. No one replied to my emails even today.
It will be very difficult or impossible to go to the DUT Financial Aid Offices as I am located in Newcastle and I don't have money for transport.
