Greetings Mr McKenzie. We are a group of 7 filmmakers from East London, Eastern Cape. In November 2024 we entered for the 48H Film Challenge and won first place, that giving us an opportunity to showcase our film in the USA in an International Film Festival. The festival consists of screenings, workshops, networking sessions and awards. As filmmakers from Eastern Cape this would mean so much to us, to be able to showcase in such a festival and also expand our filmmaking capabilities as we will be networking with experts from all over the world. Unfortunately we need funds in order to make it to USA in March 2025, as of now we were able to raise R50 000 and need help in covering the rest of the funds. Your intervention would be highly appreciated.
