My name is Jolene Fredericks and we as parents and families of the 2024 provincial traffic intakes would really apreciate it if you can help us. The students finished their year of studies at the GENE LOUW COLLEGE in Brackenfell and one year of probation in which they really perform well, that was the main condition fot them to get permanent. The end of the story is only 6 got appointed the others are jobless at home. After all that money which was spent on the training for them by the goverment and the high unemployment figures in the Western Cape it does'nt make sense because people from other provinces were employed especially at the Worcester Provincial office.Most of the young people had jobs before but they thought Provincial Traffic was a beter option for the long run. The unions are useless.Provinvial management spin a story that the process is still ongoing.but how...the next intake is in June 2026. My question is where does it leave this young men and women?There is so much more to this story but it will take a whole lot of space. Can you please help this young people?
