Dear Velenkosini Hlabisa, thank you for doing a great job as Minister. As you know unemployment is very high and there's an urgent need to create jobs. I am sure you are aware that there are 2 oil refineries in the Durban area. Engin at the Bluff closed and another on Prospection also closed. Since government has allowed 11 private companies to operate trains on freight rail, why not get private partners to open and operate these 2 oil refineries? Many jobs will be created. Uthini ngaloku?
