My name is George Phipps. I am 64 years old and live in Yzerfontein (Swartland). I have been following your career on YouTube and on other media and believe you are a man of great integrity and honour. I support your efforts in putting South Africa on the right track and appreciate the work you do. I also believe in something you said on a local interview where you said"people can rise about their circumstances"

I am asking for some help and/or advice.

I recently came across a young man called Jayden Witbooi, who is 13 years old. One of his teachers, who is my neighbor, brought Jayden to my attention. He comes from a Darling in the Western Cape.
This kid is very bright academically and excels in sports. (especially rugby). He graduated top of his class at Vooruitsig Primary School in darling and obtained a full scholarship to Boland Landbou situated in Paarl. His first term started in January 2025. (https://bolandlandbou.co.za/ )- He even received a certificate of excellence from Swartland Municipality mayor

I believe he has a very bright future and is one in a million. This child "will raise above his circumstances"

Jayden has the opportunity to join the School Rugby tour in December 2025. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for this deserving young man. The tour takes the team to Spain and France where they will get the opportunity to tour Rugby stadiums, participate in local sightseeing, visit local farms and take part in 3 Rugby Matches with local opposition teams.

We are looking to raise R75,000 to send him on this tour.

I know there are thousands of kids like this out there and we can’t support them all. You probably get thousands of emails like this but, for me, this is the first time I have done anything like this and when I was thinking who might help your name came to mind. (go big or go home right?)

Jayden has worked hard to get where he is today.

I would truly appreciate any advice you can give me or support you may be able to offer Jayden. I know supporting future stars is not only part of your portfolio but also something close to your heart.
Are there any pockets of funding or organizations you know of that might help support this lad?
