Dear Mr Montwedi

I would like to report the above mentioned company, for Unfair labour practices and exploitation, Discrimination of pregnant employees, I went to maternity leave, knowing that the employer is going to pay me according to the contract of employment i signed only to find that i was terminated and not paid, i went to the CCMA the commissioner was biased he sided with the company, and did not have time to listen to me, so i got an award to be paid at the end of March 2024, even today the employer did not pay and when i call them they are not taking my calls.
