Mr President Julius malema I am sending this to you for a helper assistant there is a student that is going to university next year and then anus was was able to give out the bursary for accommodation and to pay for the test books but they were not able to give the food now the problem about this kid you don't have any parents no I was assisting for any help that we can help these children because next year is going to Varsity and it's an intelligent student
