Dear Minister Motsoaledi,

I have been trying unsuccessfully to register on" https://ehome.dha.gov.za/ehomeaffairs" for more than 48 hours, just so I can get a new passport. All my attempts were frustrated by the following reply from YOUR department's server:

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.

Please explain in detail how you believe we can plan for the 4IR, if your department cannot even keep a server up?
