Dear Ronald Ozzy Lamola. In 2020 me and my wife went to Bloemfontein Master to report estate of my late brother in law Mr RS Senyarelo.
At the office we we given a fake lawyer by the interviewing(screening) official from the office name kept for future reference.
She called us a fake lawyer who impersonate her as legal attorney to us name also kept for future reference.
We later fount that from LPC that person is not a legal practitioner and she has a criminal record too.
We went back to master to ask him to renounce this fake lawyer from our estate file but master refused.
We reported this to Justice Pretoria ,President Office, SIU and LPC but could not find any solution to this matter.
Master and some Officials whom I got their names are involved in this.
They kept sending us from pillar to post and now is four full years this fake lawyer refusing to renounce and estate not winding up.Master Bloemfontein is ignoring this because there is a conflict of interest in this estate.
Hence I resorted to tell Minister self about corruption happening in his department and those officials are proudly and pompously saying there is absolutely nothing that we can do to renounce their so called friend fake lawyer from our case.
They wanted us to go and finished up the matter with her but we refused.
