I want to bring it to your attention or to your office's that the Department of Roads and Public Works in Bisho is so corrupted and this is done by the Senoir Manager who is committing these acts in the Recruitment of Official since she got in office in 2014 and is continuing to manipulate that Section despite it having it's General Manager, and this is done in the entire Department with all it's sub Districts of the Province, our Democracy is flaunted and pulled down and this is done by one person who is achieving a desired goal year in and year out.
