Good day, it has come to the attention of IPID employees that the employer misled parliament and was not truthful about the progress of Sec 23. They have to implemented Sec 23 and salaries and benefits are not on par with SAPS on the same level. A level 7 IPID employee is getting paid a salary level 6 payscale of SAPS, IPID salary level 8 is getting paid a salary level 7 of SAPS, ect. The employer refuse to acknowledge their duty to rectify the salaries and benefits as per court order. They do not engage employees and makes a mockery of parliament and the judicial system. We truly hope that our plea for assistance will be heard.
