My nephew was murdered in 2018 and the accussed was sentenced and convicted at the Durban High Court and was on bail pending an appeal which was dismissed around June/July 2024.He has two warrants which are in the possession of the I. O. which I tried by all means for it to be given to the Provincial Task Team. I am of the view that the I. O. is not even making an attempt to search for this person. I have brought this to the person in charge of the detectives at the said police station but to no avail. This person moves around the area regularly with bodyguards as he is a druglord.
Please can you assist.
