We are as black prosecutors having trying everything in our powers to have the president intervene. We are taken to court by Eastern Cape Npa managers for standing up against racism victimisation and favouritism within the NPA. Prosecutors are being suspended for speaking up,Npa is also using the uncostitutional media policy to silence us. As Npa employees we are not protected by the constitution of South Africa and Labour Law as they infringed every right enshrined thereto. Npa black prosecutors are suffering not a single government official has time to listen and intervene. After 27 years of democracy prosecutors are not yet free.
