Good day Minister

I believe a lot of people will take chances of moving back into and out of Gauteng. Perhaps, companies should use their HR and commissioners of oath for signatures to issue legal permits. For example, BMW in Rosslyn, Pretoria should use a commissioner of oath at the Rosslyn Police Station, not anywhere else for each and every permit. Then such a permit with two signatures one from the company and one from commissioner of oath could make it difficult for people to make fraudulent permission letters.

Secondly, restaurants and online shops that will be selling food or goods for delivery should employ South Africans in majority. Currently, those companies are using foreigners. This people should at least be paid a basic salary. That space should strictly be regulated because if not, no South African could benefit.
